Very satisfied with the speed and service from ordering a sample to having the blind made and delivered. Customer support was excellent when I rang with a problem (caused by my fitting of the blind) and a new end piece was sent out at no extra cost.
I have ordered 2 made to measure blackout roller blinds from English Blinds so far. The service was very good, their prices are competitive and the blinds are lovely. Will be ordering another blind for our bedroom as soon as we have finished decorating.
These are the third blinds we have brought from English blinds and we are very pleased with the product. Would recommend them.
