The blinds received are great, no complaints there. There was a delay in my order getting to me due to a faulty batch - English Blinds contacted me to let me know this, they were extremely helpful and the problem was rectified very quickly.
I ordered a sample before ordering the blinds. The instructions were helpful in measuring the size of the blind I needed. I didn't receive a confirmation email to say I had paid but was quickly rectified when I called. The blinds are now installed and I am over the moon with the quality of them and sets off the room! It really was a good experience, the blind arrived and it fitted. It was easy to fit as I had the brackets already in position from a previous blind.
