Although I ordered online, English Blinds customer service over the phone was very helpful, as was their response by email too. I had ordered a 2m made-to-measure roller blind from them some 6 years ago and wanted to replace it like for like. Luckily, I had kept my confirmation email so knew the size I needed but used customer services to double-check. I ordered just before the Jubilee weekend so expected my order to take a little longer but kept up-to-date with the progress, plus from Parcel Force who were used as couriers. Extremely happy with my order and the design I chose, Savio Charcoal, is perfect for my kitchen. I would recommend this company for your window blinds needs.
The blind is beautiful and easy to install and a very competitive price for the quality.
Due to the size of our windows, we could not buy standard-size wooden blinds so had to get them made to measure. I have to admit I was a little sceptical ordering them online, but we have fitted them today and my husband and I are so pleased with them. English blinds offer larger sizes than most and in addition to the quality, delivery and customer service online contact was also great.

These guys have been great! I have zero complaints. We have ordered 4 wooden slat blinds in all different sizes and colours and they've all arrived and been perfect. No issues in putting up either.
