The blinds arrived in perfect condition, fit exactly to the window and came with easy-to-understand instructions on how to erect them. Measurements were spot on which is always a concern when online ordering. Essentially we got exactly what we ordered which isn't always the case when ordering online. No improvements are needed. The blind was made to my specifications. Communication was detailed from the receipt of the order to posting and delivery. The blind itself was of excellent quality and was exactly as advertised on the website. Very pleased with the end result. This is the second blind I have bought from this company.
