I found the whole process online very easy to use, clear instructions were given on how to measure and make sure the blind fitted. The blind was delivered in excellent time, well above expectations. All fittings and fixtures were included with blind and was easy to put up. I am absolutely thrilled with my blind and is perfect for my room. Excellent service from start to finish
My order arrived within 3 days approx. 1 blind was damaged in transit, English blinds responded within 24 hours after sending pictures of the damage. A replacement was sent and received within 2 working days. Good quality blinds and really happy with the customer service received and will use the company again.
