I ordered a sample before ordering the blinds. The instructions were helpful in measuring the size of the blind I needed. I didn't receive a confirmation email to say I had paid but was quickly rectified when I called. The blinds are now installed and I am over the moon with the quality of them and sets off the room! The service received was excellent and the ordering was simple. We only had to submit our measurements and the details of the particular blind chosen and the next email we received was to say that the blind was in production, and we received it very quickly and it fitted perfectly.
