Well-designed blinds with very clear instructions. I liked the fact that the chrome string was in one piece and not split like it sometimes is. Delivery and communication were spot on.

After a 6-month wait for a refund from another company from whom I ordered a blind, I was rather nervous about whom to order from next. I rang English Blinds and felt confident after talking with their representative, so ordered my blinds and couldn't be happier. The print (Cottage Garden) is beautiful and the blinds (roller) are well constructed. I am a very satisfied customer. The delivery time was also within what was stated when ordering. Ordered a waterproof blind to cover the window area in the shower. It was easy to order (guidelines on the website for made-to-measure blinds were good) and it looks great in the bathroom.

The whole process was really simple. We first ordered a few samples then when we had decided on the fabric measured the windows, submitted the measurements and waited! The blinds arrived within a few days of ordering them. Easy to fit and now gracing our bathroom, they look great.
