Had a bit of trouble getting the discount knocked off at checkout but that could have been my fault. However, the problem was sorted out by an extremely helpful young lady on the phone. I am extremely pleased with my blind it is lovely and fits perfectly. The blinds arrived with speed and are of very good quality. Easy installation, full instructions and all fixings supplied. After installation, I realised that I required a slightly longer pair of head rails and an additional slat for each - I'd mismeasured, providing sizes of existing Venetian blinds which sat snug to the window frame! English Blinds couldn't have been more helpful and sourced the exact parts at no cost to me. I can't praise them enough and will look no further when I require more blinds.
