With their soothing natural and neutral tones, along with their thermal properties, these high quality custom made light clay brown blackout vertical blinds are both a practical and stylish way to dress any window of the home or office.
The website was clear and simple to use with lots of choices. Ordered the blinds and communication was excellent about delivery. However, and this is where English blinds REALLY excelled, the delivery company had damaged the blinds. Despite them being excellently packed, it looked as if the DPD van had driven over the tube and completely trashed the blinds. A quick call to English Blinds and they immediately started to re-produce the blinds without even seeing them returned. The second set arrived perfectly safe and sound and just in time to have them fitted before the tenants moved in. Absolutely excellent service.
Hi I'm very happy with your product and service. Packaging and delivery 1st class
The whole process was simple and straightforward, and why I am a repeat customer.
Great quality blind. I bought it for the lounge and fits brilliantly, even though I was concerned about recess fitting. Good strong fittings and easy-to-follow instructions. Extremely well packaged and arrived well within the timescale. Highly recommended and would definitely buy again
Great website great service and great product
Excellent service, I made an error in my order and customer services couldn't have been more accommodating. The blind arrived within 48 hours!
Great service, was kept informed of timescale through ordering until delivery. Our made-to-measure blinds arrived slightly earlier than anticipated. Fitting was easy and they look great. The blinds themselves look great and are a perfect fit.
