Excellent service. I received an email to advise me of the delivery date, customer support was very helpful. I am very pleased with my blinds. English Blinds were recommended to me and I would be happy to recommend them to others.

Arrived pretty quickly considering they are made to order. I had an issue with 1 of the chains but a replacement came very quickly with no hassle. Very good quality blinds.

Thank you - pleased with the multi-lux blinds. My main concern was they would fit - they slot in very nicely to the recess and are easy to install. I think the fittings seem quite sturdy metal and they roll out smoothly. The material is mould-resistant without appearing too plasticky. Delivery all on time with the current COVID circumstances. I emailed to ask to change the colour of one, it was all sorted. Thank you it is much appreciated
