I was absolutely blown away by the quality of the product and the responsiveness of English Blinds when I realised I hadn't specified the metal chain. All arrived beautifully packaged with the metal chain! Making sure your measurements are right is essential as they fit perfectly. So measure twice!
With the bank holiday discount, they were a very good price. Excellent blinds, exactly as described and received in a reasonable time. I hope I can get the same deal when ordering my kitchen blinds.
I was replacing a cut-to-size blind I bought from John Lewis and was (pleasantly) surprised that this made-to-measure one was only a few pounds more. It's well made and was easy to put up. The blind was well packed and the wrapping was a nice touch.
