The website was clear and so simple to use with lots of choices. Ordered the blinds and communication was excellent about delivery. However, and this is where English blinds REALLY excelled themselves, the delivery company had damaged the blinds. Despite them being excellently packed, it looked as if the DPD van had driven over the tube and completely trashed the blinds. A quick call to English Blinds and they immediately started to re-produce the blinds without even seeing them returned. The second set arrived perfectly safe and sound and just in time to have them fitted before the tenants moved in. Absolutely excellent service.

We would definitely recommend. This is the second time we have ordered from English Blinds and will be returning to order again before too long for our next project.

Thank you very much for the blinds, the smaller one was for our newly refurbished bathroom and it finishes it off perfectly. The large one is for our 2nd bedroom and is also prefect. Once again thank you very much.

I believe English Blinds are an old fashioned business with a modern profile, they put service and the customer first, which a lot of modern companies don't. They are helpful and supportive and the quality of their products cannot be disputed.
