This is the first time I've bought blinds online. The whole service was very good. I requested and was sent samples free of charge. I followed measuring instructions from the website and ordered 3 of differing sizes, one being very wide. They came made up in less than a week and securely packaged. This is the second time I have ordered from English Blinds and I have been very satisfied with my purchases. I ordered online and received an order reference number. The customer service was excellent and I was informed when the order would be delivered. In fact, it was received a day early. I would definitely order with this company again as I was delighted with the quality and colour of my blind.
The blinds are exactly what I'd hoped for. The instructions were very precise which I followed to the letter. Time taken, ten minutes per blind with partner passing tools to me. Ensure they are level and square is the top tip. When the end pieces are fixed it's a good idea to use masking tape to hold them open before placing the blinds in them.
