They reply quickly to emails and calls. 1 blind had been damaged in transit and again they sorted this very quickly. The made-to-measure blinds fit the window recesses perfectly. We ordered 5 roller blinds which arrived promptly, were well made and easy to fit. Good value for money. One blind had been made up with the pull cord on the opposite side to what we wanted but the aftersales service on the phone was very helpful and said they could change it if we wanted. However, it was a simple job to change it ourselves after he told us how to do it - Thanks for the tips which saved time and messing about with replacements. This is the second time we have used English Blinds - we always shop where we are well looked after!
I had put off ordering blinds online because I was so worried about getting it wrong and what would the quality be like but I shouldn't have worried. It was all explained so clearly and gave different options depending on the look I wanted. The blinds came really quickly with clear instructions and were so easy to put up. Only my second ever project with a drill but it was EASY, and the quality was great. Lovely thick robust blinds. I will definitely use again.
