Communication throughout was excellent and when I realised I had ordered the exact size and not recess fit, the team were accommodating to adapt the order. Excellent service.

The only company I could find that had the wider width I needed. Good price and they look great. Good customer service too as we had a slight problem that the blinds would not lower, emailed in the evening and they responded early the next morning, advice was given, which works and now installed they're looking great. I'm delighted with my blind. I was concerned about supplying the right measurements but it was easy and fits perfectly. The ordering process was simple, and delivery was very quick. The blind was surprisingly easy to install and the room looks really smart now.

It's quite difficult to choose a fabric online without seeing and feeling it, so their sample service is a great bonus. My samples arrived very quickly, and I was able to choose and order straight away. The progress of my order was kept up to date by email and the blind arrived on the day that I was notified.
