The instructions for getting measurements are well described and the ordering process is straightforward. I was kept fully informed as to the progress of our order which I received on time. We ordered a blind to fit our bathroom window. This was made easier by using the measuring guide from the website. The blind was delivered promptly and nicely packaged.
