I ordered a sample before ordering the blinds. The instructions were helpful in measuring the size of the blind I needed. I didn't receive a confirmation email to say I had paid but was quickly rectified when I called. The blinds are now installed and I am over the moon with the quality of them and sets off the room! I have ordered several blinds now and each time the quality and price have been excellent. They were also the only supplier who could manufacture extra long blinds that I needed (greater than 200cm). Delivery times were pretty good as well, so overall great service, thoroughly recommend.
