Ordering was simple. The actual delivery was quicker than the estimated time given and that was before Christmas, so good work. The blinds were as advertised.

I bought these blinds for my daughter's bedroom and I'm very happy with the quality of the material, workmanship and also the effectiveness of the blinds. Have used other online blind manufacturers at various times, but English Blinds seems to be the best.
Called the company to double-check how to measure for the blind. Ordered, there were lots of choices and exactly the slat choice we wanted (35mm). Arrived quickly, great quality, easy to install, highly recommend.
Once again the quality of the product was superb. I placed the order on 25th May and received it on the 3rd of June two days early. The service was excellent. You ask if there are areas where you could make improvements. As far as I can see there are none. I always say that if a system isn't broken don't fix it. Once again thanks for a class product.
