We ordered 4 faux wood blinds for our new home and even though the order took a few extra days to arrive due to the company having issues because of COVID-19 they were well worth waiting for. The instructions for installing were clear, the blinds are very well made and the fixtures and good quality too. We contacted customer services about the delay in the order and they were very helpful. We were very pleased and are now planning to order more blinds for the back of the house.
The whole process was excellent, from choosing from the easy to use website, a phone call to check a point of detail, through to the arrival of the blinds which were exactly as we had hoped and fitted perfectly.

I have used English Blinds before so there was no hesitation in using them again. The ordering procedure was easy to use as both blinds ordered are of precise size and quality.
