Ordering was very easy, the product and workmanship were extremely good, the blinds were very well packaged and fitting was easy. First-class service. Had no problem asking for other parts for older blinds, they put them into the post I had them within a couple of days, again first class service.

Blinds arrived in about a week (2 bank holidays in the middle so may have been quicker without them). Fittings are metal instead of plastic on some blinds so should be pretty strong. Easy to fit with supplied plugs and screws.
