This is the second time we have purchased blinds from English Blinds, and we would have no hesitation in using them again. The whole experience, from ordering samples, through to selecting and measuring our blinds, was excellent. Great price, good quality, easy to install. I ordered the wrong fit - customer services were very helpful and amended the order right away. The blind can be installed by any DIY novice. I installed it myself (I'm a complete novice - only my second time using a drill!). It looks great. I'm very pleased and will order again.
