I was also amazed at their attention to me as a customer, by informing me when production was started and despatched. It arrived well-packaged with a tracking notice. A thoroughly professional manufacturer.

Due to Covid it took some time to receive my first order however I was very happy with the quality and service. On the second order, I mistakenly ordered the incorrect wall fittings, when I contacted English Blinds they immediately dispatched the correct fittings at no cost. I'm very happy with their service and support.
