The blind was exactly as described and arrived on the date specified. Was well packaged. I did require customer support and the guy was a very good communicator and resolved my concerns about the blind. He was supportive and very helpful. The three samples I ordered were all a good size, so this helped considerably with selecting the right one for my kitchen. Ordering online was very straightforward, though I did have a query regarding the width (2m+), so spoke to customer Support, who were very polite and helpful and the blind look wonderful.
