A confirmation email was sent of the order as was another email letting me know it's in production. Only a few days later I received a further email advising it has been being sent out. Delivery was perfect as was the packaging for it. I fitted the blind up with no problems at all as everything is in with the blind. Excellent product, easy to hang
This is the first time I've bought blinds online. The whole service was very good. I requested and was sent samples free of charge. I followed measuring instructions from the website and ordered 3 of differing sizes, one being very wide. They came made up in less than a week and securely packaged.
