I ordered a sample before ordering the blinds. The instructions were helpful in measuring the size of the blind I needed. I didn't receive a confirmation email to say I had paid but was quickly rectified when I called. The blinds are now installed and I am over the moon with the quality of them and sets off the room! We ordered 3 sets of vertical blinds for the kitchen and landing in our house. This was 3 years ago (2017). We are very happy with how they are lasting. In fact, we are now approaching them for more blinds for different rooms. (2020)
