Overall a great experience, ordering was an easy process, once I had measured about 6 times to be certain lol Received email updates as appropriate throughout the process, including dispatch with tracking info. When the order arrived I thought OMG that looks huge, but it was the packaging which was very good. The blind fitted perfectly and was the colour ordered, fitting wasn't a problem, good instructions were included. Based on this experience I am looking at ordering another blind for a different room Well done, 5-stars well deserved

Fabulous service. Very easy to place an order. Just measure said window and they do all the other measurements for you. I like the fact that you can also track the process of your order and delivery was prompt and exactly in the time frame they predicted. The service received was excellent and the ordering was simple. We only had to submit our measurements and the details of the particular blind chosen and the next email we received was to say that the blind was in production, and we received it very quickly and it fitted perfectly.
