I ordered made-to-measure blinds for my summerhouse, they arrived as specified, but I wrongly ordered a recess fitting. This was no problem all I had to do was to send the valance fronts back to have them cut so the valance returns fitted, this was done within a couple of days. Excellent quality and outstanding service.
We have used English Blinds for several properties and have found them to be a great product. The sizing is accurate and they look great.
The ordering on the website was very straightforward. We ordered five assorted blinds, all different sizes and all fitted well. The order came on time as stated. I did manage to cut through one of the cords when unpacking but a replacement soon came after contacting English blinds. Good value for money and I would choose them again.
This is the first time I've ordered directly from a supplier and I am very happy with my blind, the quality, speed of service and price. The sample was large enough to get a good idea of the colour and fabric. I would definitely use English Blinds again.
