We have now placed two separate blind orders and have been absolutely thrilled. The blinds were well made, easy to fit and looked tasteful. The ordering procedure was excellent with guidance on how to measure the windows.

Item was lost by the delivery company who were not any help whatsoever. Called English blinds and spoke to customer service who were very helpful and made another blind and dispatched it same day. Now it has arrived and is fitted. Very pleased with the quality and service. Thank you.
