I was very impressed with the additional help I received along the way. When I phoned English Blinds with a question about the actual appearance of the kind and colour of water-resistant blind I had in mind. It was suggested by a very charming lady that I should order samples before making my final choice. This was very easy to do online, and an excellent idea. Once ordered, the blind arrived promptly and well packaged. The instructions for installing it were very clear and I am delighted with the result.

We followed the easy measuring instructions which accompanied the sample I requested and ordered online. I received acknowledgement of my order and confirmation when it was in production and then when it was dispatched, all this was within 4 days. This is my first order from englishblinds. I was encouraged to place my order after receiving three excellent, sensible-sized fabric samples. All three blinds are exactly true to size, and the fabric is pleasingly aligned the same along the pattern in all three blinds. The delivery date was notified by the courier, who turned up 3 days earlier than expected, and all within a week!
