It was suggested by a very charming lady that I should order samples before making my final choice. This was very easy to do online, and an excellent idea. Once ordered, the blind arrived promptly and well packaged. The instructions for installing it were very clear and I am delighted with the result.

We were told that there was a potential problem with the fabric for our latest order, and sent a photo so that we could understand the issue. Based on this we decided to carry on and we are very pleased with the finished blinds, which arrived sooner than expected too. Clearly, every effort was made to minimise the problem.
