Absolutely brilliant customer service. The price was best - especially with their summer discount code. The blinds (approx. £300 worth in total) I received were absolutely top quality. I had a problem with my order and the after-sales/customer service was nothing short of superb from start to finish. I'd like to mention in particular, Gemma at English Blinds, she was brilliant. My order was requested on the 3rd of May and was delivered on the 7th, right on time. The quality of the blinds is superb and the service provided by the supplier was excellent.
I ordered samples first and chose the colour and pattern that I liked. I then measured and ordered blinds. I was very pleased with the service that was provided. The blinds arrived within a week. I feel the blinds are reasonably priced and were easy to fit. I would definitely recommend this company.
