No complaints, very satisfied with quality and delivery. We ordered three for our lounge, all a slightly different width. It was helped that each blind had the dimensions on them.

Also, we misplaced a small clip and when I phoned to ask if you could send a replacement it arrived the next day so thank you very much for sending it so quickly. First, I ordered a sample which arrived in one day. I placed an order for a bespoke-sized Venetian blind and was given a timescale for delivery. The blind arrived within the original dates given and was in perfect condition. The instructions for fitting were easily understandable. The blind was a perfect size and well-made.
