One phone call to Customer Services was all that was needed to resolve this and she also went the extra mile to help me select my blind. The delivery was swift. Very happy with blinds easy to install was told 5 days delivery but turned up in 3 days. It fits lovely, looks great and is a good price. Customer service was very helpful and I will be ordering again in the new year.
