I ordered a sample before ordering the blinds. The instructions were helpful in measuring the size of the blind I needed. I didn't receive a confirmation email to say I had paid but was quickly rectified when I called. The blinds are now installed and I am over the moon with the quality of them and sets off the room! First, I ordered a sample which arrived in one day. I placed an order for a bespoke-sized Venetian blind and was given a timescale for delivery. The blind arrived within the original dates given and was in perfect condition. The instructions for fitting were easily understandable. The blind was a perfect size and well-made.
