Very reliable service, by phone and email. Samples arrived the next day. Order fulfilled when promised, very well packed, all items included. The previous order was installed by the company fitter, but this service is not available now due to the lockdown. I was a little nervous about self-measuring and installing but managed OK. I used this company for the reason they were able to make a blind wider than the standard 240cm. I would have preferred a grained wood effect, but it was so difficult to find anyone who could accommodate the sizes I needed. This was something I decided to compromise on. They were made and delivered in good time and fit perfectly.
