The blind was exactly as described and arrived on the date specified. Was well packaged. I did require customer support and the guy was a very good communicator and resolved my concerns about the blind. He was supportive and very helpful. Very pleased with these blinds and will be ordering one more. The blinds operate effortlessly and look really smart. I was pleased that there were attachments to fit the front cover as previously I have had to use Velcro which is not ideal.
