The website was easy to use and offered a wide variety. The instructions on measuring were straightforward and well-explained. Once measurements and fabric were chosen, the order took a couple of days to come through (was very well packaged and the delivery company were very thorough on expected times etc.). Excellent service, communication and packaging from English Blinds. I sent for samples, which was very helpful in choosing the right shade of grey. The measurements needed were very clear on the website. Fantastic quality, very solid. I would definitely use them again!
