We found the whole experience quite easy from choosing the Blind to fitting it, just supply the measurements and they do the rest. It came within the said time well pleased with it.
Ordering was straightforward. Delivery time was as expected. Packaging was a good standard. The Blind was as ordered and good value. Fitting, as per instructions, went well. Overall well satisfied.
When I'd decided which pattern I liked best, I then thought, ah, now I've got to get the exact measurement of each window. Not being too sure about this, I thought I'd ring English Blinds, and ask their advice on how to measure properly. They couldn't have been more helpful. They talked me through the whole process, I followed their advice exactly. Within a few days, they were delivered to me.
