Very reliable service, by phone and email. Samples arrived the next day. Order fulfilled when promised, very well packed, all items included. The previous order was installed by the company fitter, but this service is not available now due to the lockdown. I was a little nervous about self-measuring and installing but managed OK. I was a bit nervous about measuring and fitting blinds myself having used companies that do it all in the past and with my limited DIY skills. Wanted to save some money this time and the sample choice was good, and the speed of delivery saved a lot of time over getting someone out to us so I gave it a go. I'm really pleased with the quality. They are up though and look great. I would definitely use them again, in fact, I wish I had always done it this way.
