I ordered a sample before ordering the blinds. The instructions were helpful in measuring the size of the blind I needed. I didn't receive a confirmation email to say I had paid but was quickly rectified when I called. The blinds are now installed and I am over the moon with the quality of them and sets off the room! Excellent service would highly recommend. I will order again. Service was brilliant and they knew exactly what to do and how to please the customer. I needed a wider roller blind for the kitchen window but could not find one the right width, but they made sure that the width was the correct size for my window.
