Overall a great experience, ordering was an easy process, once I had measured about 6 times to be certain lol Received email updates as appropriate throughout the process, including dispatch with tracking info. When the order arrived I thought OMG that looks huge, but it was the packaging which was very good. The blind fitted perfectly and was the colour ordered, fitting wasn't a problem, good instructions were included. Based on this experience I am looking at ordering another blind for a different room Well done, 5-stars well deserved

This is the first time I've bought blinds online. The whole service was very good. I requested and was sent samples free of charge. I followed measuring instructions from the website and ordered 3 of differing sizes, one being very wide. They came made up in less than a week and securely packaged. The item was lost by the delivery company who were not any help whatsoever. I called English blinds and spoke to customer service who were very helpful and made another blind and dispatched it the same day. Now it has arrived and is fitted. Very pleased with the quality and service. Thank you.
