With our kitchen blinds I had made a typo on one of the window blinds resulting in the blind being too wide. I spoke to EB and they immediately offered to reduce the width free of charge. An excellent service.

1) A well-designed website. 2) ordered samples at 4 pm and they arrived at 9 am the next day. 3) Easy to order, the 4 blinds came within the time stated. 5) very well made and of excellent quality. Samples delivered 1 day after ordering. The process for measuring and ordering was painless, and the blind was delivered two days before the advised delivery date. Really straightforward to fit and looks superb. I'll certainly be using this company again.
