Found the whole process quite easy. The material samples requested arrived quickly. When I phoned with a query as to whether a one-piece blind with different-length slats could be done. English blinds were very helpful and gave me some positive help and advice. The finished items are now installed in the conservatory and they look good. My wife is also very happy with them, which is the main thing.

This is my second time using them and I am pleased with the service. Although I haven't yet installed the blinds, so cannot say if they are correct, I have checked the length of the blind slats and the quality and I am very pleased.
