I was recommended to English Blinds by a friend who had previously used them. I found them on the internet and intended to use their online ordering service but as I lived close to their premises went to the site to look at the samples We ordered there and then as the staff were very helpful and could supply exactly what I required. Excellent service from ordering to delivery.

The order process is user-friendly and the website is well laid out, informative and easy to follow. The products are of excellent quality and easy to install.

I would like to say I made a mistake with my order and can only say that the company was so easy to deal with, I got all the help I needed both online and by phone. Thumbs up for customer service and for the blinds thank you very much.
