The product was as described and arrived in good time. I made a mistake with bracket type but emailed them and they emailed back explaining part's I needed would be put in post. No added cost for the parts and no questioning my mistake. Brilliant customer service. Would highly recommend them to others.

The order procedure was very easy. I ordered 2 types of blinds and found the delivery process and installation went smoothly.

Had a bit of trouble getting the discount knocked off at checkout but that could have been my fault. However, the problem was sorted out by an extremely helpful young lady on the phone. I am extremely pleased with my blind it is lovely and fits perfectly. I would certainly recommend English Blinds. They are an efficient and friendly company and their choice of products and their prices are excellent. This is my second time using them and I am pleased with the service. Although I haven't yet installed the blinds, so cannot say if they are correct, I have checked the length of the blind slats and the quality and I am very pleased.
