We ordered 4 faux wood blinds for our new home and even though the order took a few extra days to arrive due to the company having issues because of COVID-19 they were well worth waiting for. The instructions for installing were clear, the blinds are very well made and the fixtures and good quality too. We contacted customer services about the delay in the order and they were very helpful. We were very pleased and are now planning to order more blinds for the back of the house.
Once again the quality of the product was superb. I placed the order on 25th May and received it on the 3rd of June two days early. The service was excellent. You ask if there are areas where you could make improvements. As far as I can see there are none. I always say that if a system isn't broken don't fix it. Once again thanks for a class product.
Excellent service and also an excellent product. The blinds were of a high quality and totally in keeping with the online description of the product. Measurements were spot on which is always a concern when online ordering. Essentially we got exactly what we ordered which isn't always the case when ordering online. Would highly recommend this company.
