I asked for my order to be delivered on a specific date and the person I spoke to was helpful and said he would arrange that. When I rang another time for an update I was again given the information willingly and efficiently. The blinds arrived exactly when he said and I could track my parcel all the way.
Excellent service. I wanted a pelmet wider than the blind, and an additional pelmet for an existing blind. English Blinds arranged both with no hassle. Ordered three blinds, they look great and work perfectly. They were delivered in sturdy packaging and the shipping was excellent. And all this in the middle of the pandemic lockdown! I would definitely recommend English blinds. I phoned them to ask about sizes they were very helpful and very easy to talk to. The blind I got is of great quality with all the instructions fixtures and fittings. I have to say when we talked on the phone their manner was excellent.
