Very reliable service, by phone and email. Samples arrived the next day. Order fulfilled when promised, very well packed, all items included. The previous order was installed by the company fitter, but this service is not available now due to the lockdown. I was a little nervous about self-measuring and installing but managed OK. Customer service was first-rate and the actual blind is lovely and of superb quality. Just perfect for my kitchen! Definitely use English blinds again.
Very pleased with these blinds and will be ordering one more. The blinds operate effortlessly and look really smart. I was pleased that there were attachments to fit the front cover as previously I have had to use Velcro which is not ideal.
