I am very pleased with the service and customer communication. The blind is of very good quality and at an exceedingly good price, considering made to measure. The blind was exactly as described and arrived on the date specified. Was well packaged. I did require customer support and the guy was a very good communicator and resolved my concerns about the blind. He was supportive and very helpful. I certainly would use English Blinds again and highly recommend others to do so. A good quality blind at an affordable price.

First-class service. A member of the company phoned to raise a query about my selection of fabric because it wasn't wide enough for the size of blind I needed. VERY helpful and were able to make the blind with my 2nd choice of fabric. The order arrived quite quickly, protected inside strong packaging. Contacted this supplier for advice before placing my order. The gentleman was very helpful with sizes suitable for the location I was planning. The blind arrived very securely packaged in its sturdy tubular container within the timescale specified. Fitting could not have been easier. Oh, the joy of not having to open the thing up on the floor and attempt to just trim to size!
