The blind we ordered came within a couple of days, it was exactly as we ordered, fitted perfectly, no problems at all.
I had put off ordering blinds online because I was so worried about getting it wrong and what would the quality be like but I shouldn't have worried. It was all explained so clearly and gave different options depending on the look I wanted. The blinds came really quickly with clear instructions and were so easy to put up. Only my second ever project with a drill but it was EASY, and the quality was great. Lovely thick robust blinds. I will definitely use again.

Measurements were spot on which is always a concern when online ordering. Essentially we got exactly what we ordered which isn't always the case when ordering online.
