Very reliable service, by phone and email. Samples arrived the next day. Order fulfilled when promised, very well packed, all items included. The previous order was installed by the company fitter, but this service is not available now due to the lockdown. I was a little nervous about self-measuring and installing but managed OK. This is the second time I have ordered from English Blinds and yet again fantastic service with samples arriving quickly after ordering, helping us to choose the right colour. The blind was delivered well packaged and it looks great in the bathroom. The only problem now is trying to decide what colour to have in the bedroom. Can't recommend them enough.
