BRILLIANT. Having been a professional blind salesman and fitter many years ago, I was highly delighted to find how simple and easy it was to order from English Blinds. My experience with the recent order I placed, could not have been better. There was a slight delay in delivery, but being that I ordered them just before Christmas, I had allowed for that. The quality was better than expected for the cost. When I used to sell and fit, the only issues I had with customers were when they gave me measurements, and when problems arose, it was found that they had not measured correctly. Ordered 3 blinds very pleased. Easy to fit and great to have the correct sizes to fit the windows. I have worked for Dunelm as a store manager and always got blinds etc. from there and had to cut them to size myself. These are far better quality made to fit and no more expensive. Only took 1 week from ordering to delivery even in these difficult times. I will order more now to complete all my windows. A very satisfied customer and one who will never purchase off the shelf again.
