I found the whole process online very easy to use, clear instructions were given on how to measure and make sure the blind fitted. The blind was delivered in excellent time, well above expectations. All fittings and fixtures were included with blind and was easy to put up. I am absolutely thrilled with my blind and is perfect for my room. Extremely good service from start to finish! I ordered a sample first which arrived (respectable size) within a day. The website and the 'How to measure options' were explained clearly, so easy to do. The website is very user friendly so easy to submit your measurements. The blind arrived within the time frame specified and was packaged neatly using a limited amount of cardboard.
