I ordered a sample before ordering the blinds. The instructions were helpful in measuring the size of the blind I needed. I didn't receive a confirmation email to say I had paid but was quickly rectified when I called. The blinds are now installed and I am over the moon with the quality of them and sets off the room! Great website, a fantastic collection of different types of products. Easy to follow measuring guide. we have had wooden blinds and vertical blinds and all the products we ordered are of great quality. We had one particular blind no one could supply us with due to the width. We then tried English Blinds and were amazed we could order that size blind.
