The initial instruction for measuring and ordering the blind was very clear. It was delivered in a few days. The quality of the blind is excellent and the fitting instructions made the installation easy.

One phone call to Customer Services was all that was needed to resolve this and she also went the extra mile to help me select my blind. The delivery was swift. Excellent service for an unusually large roller blind. Arrived safely, is fitted and very happy with quality and service.

Very pleased with the whole order (3 blinds). A minor problem with the length of one of the blinds was solved very swiftly and without any problem.

We ordered 5 roller blinds which arrived promptly, were well made and easy to fit. Good value for money. One blind had been made up with the pull cord on the opposite side to what we wanted but the aftersales service on the phone was very helpful and said they could change it if we wanted. However, it was a simple job to change it ourselves after he told us how to do it - Thanks for the tips which saved time and messing about with replacements. This is the second time we have used English Blinds - we always shop where we are well looked after!
