Delivery was prompt, I think it took 3 days from order to delivery and we were kept informed every step of the process. Very pleased with our two blinds. As an aside, although we received a dispatch email on Friday, we didn't receive an email with tracking information. However, this didn't matter as the blinds arrived early on Monday morning. We would recommend English Blinds.
