No improvements are needed. The blind was made to my specifications. Communication was detailed from the receipt of the order to posting and delivery. The blind itself was of excellent quality and was exactly as advertised on the website. Very pleased with the end result. This is the second blind I have bought from this company. I needed a small roller blind for my downstairs loo and couldn't find one anywhere. When I came across English Blinds I was delighted - made to measure blinds at an affordable price. And I am tickled pink! Although I was nervous about getting the measurements wrong, the website makes it really clear what you need to do. The fixtures and fittings are really good quality too which just adds to the overall polished look. Couldn't be happier!
