I ordered 3 blinds of different sizes over the internet, then my builder told me that the measurements for one blind had to be altered. English Blinds were very helpful and understanding, holding the order until I could confirm the correct measurements.
I would like to say I have received excellent service from these guys. The blind arrived days after it was ordered and excellent quality, just what we wanted. The fixing brackets at first didn't appear to have been included so I phoned them and they agreed to send a further supply no quibble first class the same day.
